Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled at least 12 hours before the time of the massage. Failure to cancel on time will lead to a $25 fee owed to your therapist. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Failure to notify your massage therapist of late arrival will result in a cancelation at 15 minutes past your scheduled time. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged in full for the missed appointment.
