Therapeutic Massage $85 / $100 / $115
Therapeutic Massage is an effective method for relieving tightness or chronic tension due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. In order to avoid discomfort during "deep tissue" work, open communication during the session is crucial. Deep tissue is not required in a therapeutic massage but there is no deep tissue work in a relaxation massage. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested after to rehydrate. With this type of massage it is important to warm up the tissue first, requiring longer sessions for muscle specific work. Think about the areas that need this the most and we will focus there.
